Exchange & Returns
1. NO REFUND for cancellation of Order.
2. We reserved the rights to cancelled any spree due to poor response. Any payment made will be fully refund.
3. We will give a FULL REFUND when your items is out of stock.
4. We will NOT be responsible for any lost & damage of the items during shipping.
5. We will NOT be responsible for the color mistake made by the buyer. Colors will be slightly different from the pictures.
6. All prices will be converted to SGD for you.
7. NO REFUND or EXCHANGE of item bought.
8. For in-stock items, we accept returns only when wrong item is sent. We will bear for the normal postage sent back to us. Please note that all items MUST be return in original and non-damaged conditions. If not, we will not accept and MUST sent out by the buyer within 3days upon receiving the item. However, we will ensure the items are in good condition before sending out to our customers.

1. We will NOT disclosed, share. sell, rent any of your personal informations to any third parties.
2. We do NOT use cookies to store any of your personal informations.
3. We do NOT use customers email addresses for other email marketing, we only send newletters & updates to our customers from Yan Yan Collectionz.
